The Clerk’s Office is now accepting partial payments for non-criminal traffic citations upon entering a 90-day payment plan. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 and the first month's payment, plus any applicable late fees are due at the time of enrollment, along with a completed Payment Plan Agreement. Q: What happens if I am late with my citation payment?
A: If you are past your due date on your citation, it is possible your driver's license has been suspended. Making your payment right away is the best way to get your license cleared.

Question: Are National fingerprint background on support technicians for CJIS compliance (required by Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy) required at the time a proposal is submitted or post-award?
Answer: The background screening would only be required of the vendor after the winning bid is accepted. The RFP is clarifying the requirements of the vendor's employees accessing our network.
