The Clerk’s Office is now accepting partial payments for non-criminal traffic citations upon entering a 90-day payment plan. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 and the first month's payment, plus any applicable late fees are due at the time of enrollment, along with a completed Payment Plan Agreement. A: If you are past your due date on your citation, it is possible your driver's license has been suspended. Making your payment right away is the best way to get your license cleared.
