LAND RECORDS/RESEARCH

    The Land Records/Research Department is responsible for assisting the public in searching for documents recorded in the Official Record Books of Osceola County.  Searches cannot be done over the phone due to the length of time involved in the search; however, you may come in and search yourself.  Individual document searches can be requested by mail.  The fee is $1.50 per name per year searched.  Please make your business check, cashiers check or money order payable to:  Clerk of Circuit Court and mail to 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, FL  34741.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Please furnish the exact name you want searched and include a self addressed stamped envelope along with the appropriate fee.

If you need a copy of the document, you will need to know the number of document pages and include $1.00 per page.  If you need the document certified there will be an additional charge of $1.50 for certification of the document.

The office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except legal holidays.

The Osceola County Clerk of Circuit Court is pleased to offer on-line viewing of the Official Records Index via the Internet.  By using this service, in any form, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Osceola County Clerk of Circuit Court and anyone involved in storing, retrieving or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the Internet.
