The Clerk's Office will accept credit and debit card payments for all functions of the Clerk's Office with the exception of the following areas:

    1.  Child Support, Alimony or any other lump sum of money involved in a divorce
          action

    2.  Criminal and Juvenile Restitution

    3.  Tax Deeds 

    4.  Civil Evictions (rent payments)

    5.  Civil Mortgage Foreclosure--Advance deposit and Sale proceeds

    6.  Miami Passport Fee

    7.  Purges

    8.  Cash Bonds:  
                a)  Replevin
                b)  Motor Vehicle Bonds
                c)  Residence Bonds
                d)  Transfer of Liens
