TAX DEED SALES are scheduled on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. as soon as possible after being sent to the Clerk's office by the Tax Collector. This is a public auction held on the first (1st) floor next to the ceremonial staircase inside of the Courthouse located at 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. Per Florida Statute 197.502, the high bidder shall post with the Clerk a non-refundable cash deposit of $200 at the time of the sale, to be applied to the sale price at the time of full payment.
